Coronavirus Disease Notice for Customers, Vendors, and Contractors of E Energy Adams March 12, 2020 - We’re reaching out to our customers, vendors, and contractors to address the current situation with the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the action that we are taking. Our first priority is the safety and health of our employees, customers, vendors, and contractors. E Energy Adams will closely follow the recommendations made by our state and county health departments. We will also monitor and follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) plus the World Health Organization (WHO). As a result, E Energy Adams has implemented new safety procedures, effective immediately. We ask that you not enter our site if you have: had contact with someone who is sick or has been exposed to COVID-19. flu-like symptoms including fever, chills, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath. In addition, we are implementing new truck loading and unloading safety procedures that limit movement at our site. Drivers are asked to stay in their cabs when possible during the loading/unloading process. Drivers can leave the cab for checking in/out, weighing in/out and opening/closing traps and tarps. Contact time with E Energy Adams employees and other drivers should be limited as needed. Use designated restrooms/washrooms only. Our employees may keep a distance from external visitors. E Energy Adams, LLC was organized as a limited liability company on March 25, 2005 for the purpose of developing, building, and operating a nameplate 50 million gallon dry mill ethanol plant in southeast Nebraska. Our public company received SEC clearance in May 2006. We are a locally owned company consisting of nearly 800 investor owners. Dirt excavation work began in July of ‘06, followed by Fagen, Inc. mobilizing on site for start of construction on August 14th, 2006.
